If are having problems watching videos and or accessing other sites after recently upgrading
your membershipt from TRIAL to a FULL subscription, please do the following:
1. Clear your cache and restart your browser.
For Firefox:
1. Go to tools > Clear private data > Select 'Cache' + 'Cookies' + 'Authenticated Sessions' and hit 'OK' button.
For Internet Explorer:
1. Go to tools > Delete Browsing History > Delete All
